Even the most experienced tourism operator may need support in assessing the real situation of his business. An external analysis made by professionalsis often required to highlight strengths and weaknesses, allowing to take action where there is a need. The role of TurismOK is therefore to provide aservice of constant monitoring and tutoring for structures in order to solve any kind of problems together with the operator.

The service has a minimum duration of six months, is repeatable overtime and provides:

• Preliminary quality check and SWOT analysis;
  
• Advice and assistance for the necessary action (communication,promotion, training, etc.);
• Final quality control and report ofthe achieved results.
